Returning Process: Customers may initiate the return process through the “My Order” section on our platform(s). Eligible products meeting the stipulated return conditions are subject to free returns.
Refund Procedure: Our quality check team will inspect the items upon receiving the returned product(s) at our facility. The approved refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days, reverting the amount to the original payment source.
Shipping Cost Refunds: If a return necessitates self-shipping via a registered courier, incurred shipping charges will be refunded upon presentation of a registered courier receipt.
